• STEP 1 — Accelerate to 40 mph on a safe, open road.
• STEP 2 — Apply moderate brake pressure to slow down to about 10 mph. Do NOT come to a full stop.
• STEP 3 — Repeat Steps 1–2 8–10 times, waiting at least 30 seconds between each stop to let the brakes cool slightly.
• STEP 4 — Accelerate to 60 mph and brake more firmly down to 10 mph. Repeat 4–5 times.
• STEP 5 — Drive 5–10 minutes without braking to let the rotors cool naturally. Do NOT stop the vehicle immediately, engage the parking brake, or allow cold water to come into contact with the brake rotors.

Note: For the first 200 miles, drive gently and avoid hard stops.
