Shipping Policy

General shipping

We ship within the continental United States only via FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS Ground/Air. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. "Free Shipping" applies to continental US orders only.

Processing & delivery times

Most orders are processed for shipment within 1–5 business days of your order confirmation. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery: Small and medium packages are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the date they leave our warehouse. Products may ship separately from different warehouses, and some orders may have multiple tracking numbers.

Truck freight (large parts)

Orders containing hoods, fenders, bumpers, brush guards, running boards, and similar large items are shipped via truck freight due to their size and weight. Delivery for truck freight orders may take 10–14 business days within the contiguous US. Overnight and 2-day shipping are not available for these items.

Damaged shipments

Inspect all packages thoroughly upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect part, contact us immediately at 1-626-320-8689 to avoid being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for issues reported after 45 calendar days of delivery, regardless of fault. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages — such claims must be reported and processed through the shipping carrier. However, we're happy to assist you in filing a claim.

Risk of loss

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you as the buyer. If your package does not arrive within two business days of the carrier's estimated delivery date, contact us right away. All lost shipment claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original ship date. Shipping charges for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & wheel packages are non-refundable for both original orders and returns.
