From 4 hole to 1 single outgoing pipe, 1 single outgoing pipe is too short, almost 3/4 inch, to connect to exhaust long pipe line.As you can see at the picture, upper is original and bottom is PHILTOP. Curve neck is bit short to compare with original.Don't buy this for your 2006 Highlander 2.4L

Did not fit my 2012 nissan xterra pro-4x without modification. The exit flange angle was off, so I had a severe exhaust leak. I had to cut a notch in the exit pipe and weld it to get the proper angle. Super cheap and soft hardware that snapped when I removed it.

Bought 1 to replace the original. Did a tune up new plugs and coil packs oil and filter change air filter and took it to a certified tech to make sure I didn't need anything else. This cat lasted 3 months to the day.
