Our 2003 CR-V at 250K miles has been throwing P0420 codes intermittently for about a year. This did get my rig through emissions testing. I need to point out that the mounting holes were not 100% accurate. I had to slot them to get it to bolt on. Other than that I had no issues installing this item.
