The converter itself is good, fit well and seems to be working. However, it didn't come with any installation hardware or tools, which was a bummer. Had to make a trip to the hardware store.

The shipping was decent, but this converter was a bit tricky to install. It was slightly larger than the original, so I had to do some minor adjustments to get it to fit. Works now, though.
