Perfect fit for my 2005 CR-V. Physically, the converter I received was very similar to but not completely identical to the OEM part I replaced. Disassembly was rough, lots of rusted bolts, but the install was quick and efficient. On restarting the car, it took a couple of starts for the computer to realize that things had changed and had adjusted appropriately. After that point, no problems at all. Much cheaper than the OEM.

The OEM catalytic converter on my 1999 Cherokee had disintegrated internally and completely clogged the exhaust. This replacement kit was a direct bolt-in and made it really easy to get the Jeep back on the road. Everything lined up the way it should and install went smoothly. This was also a much more afforable option as an exhaust shop quoted me over a thousand dollars to replace it.The oxygen sensor reads happy now and there is no more check engine light for “catalyst below threshold.” Exhaust flow feels much better and the engine runs stronger without the restriction. Good quality replacement and EPA compliant which gave me peace of mind. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend for anyone with an older Jeep that needs a new cat.

I installed this PHILTOP catalytic converter in my driveway over the weekend on my Chevy Cruze 1.8L, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I've done plenty of my own maintenance over the years, and this was one of the easier exhaust jobs I've tackled.The converter matched the factory part really well. All the mounting points lined up, the flanges fit correctly, and I didn't have to force anything or modify the pipes.
