Unit seems to be a perfect fit. This is normally the kind of work I would do myself but I handed it off to my mechanic friend and he got it done. This is definitely not a beginner friendly replacement part, the instructions are just kinda crap-generic instructions and don't help you unless you already know what you're doing. All in all this is a great replacement part for the price, I just wouldn't recommend giving this job a shot unless you've got a lot of experience or have a mechanic friend on standby.

Welds are perfect, material is shiny, fits perfect. Gaskets are good. Lightweight yet tough. Easy install, but that’s on Subaru. Great value. NOT compatible with OEM heat shields, I just throw them away as the pipe doesn’t face any heat-sensitive components.
