Perfect fit on the engine side, on the muffler side you may need an adapter if your's is like mine where both pieces are flared out. Other than that it was and is a perfect fit. I fully stand behind this company and recommend purchasing from them.

The OEM catalytic converter on my 1999 Cherokee had disintegrated internally and completely clogged the exhaust. This was also a much more afforable option as an exhaust shop quoted me over a thousand dollars to replace it.The oxygen sensor reads happy now and there is no more check engine light for “catalyst below threshold.” Exhaust flow feels much better and the engine runs stronger without the restriction.
