This Fit right in place. The only thing I had to modify was the frame area to fit the o2 sensor but that wasn't difficult. Besides that this y catalytic converter fit well and is made of good quality material. I highly recommend.

This catalytic converter fixed the constant trouble code I was receiving from a new one I had in stalled previously. Good quality product and oxygen sensor tool included to my surprise. Only problem was the mounting bolts were did not have locking nuts.
