It works, but it's not quite the same quality as the original factory part.  You can feel a slight difference in performance.  It's okay for the price, though.

The converter itself looks okay, but they didn't include any of the installation tools.  Had to go out and buy a wrench set just for this job.  A little annoying.

It works now, but man, getting it installed was way tougher than I thought it would be. Had to wrestle with it a bit more than the old one.  At least the check engine light is off though.
