Started working with this catalytic converter about a week ago on a truck that needed a replacement to pass emissions. This is a really great value for a pair of catalytic converters if you need them to pass your emissions testing. The only downside is that they are universal fit, so you will either need to weld them in or buy the various fittings needed to bolt them into your application. Neither is difficult but using premade fittings will let you install them without having to remove the rest of the exhaust system from the vehicle. If you're looking for something quick and inexpensive to get you through emissions testing, I would recommend going after the bolt-on parts. You'll need a fitting on each end of the cat and a clamp to secure them.

I was shocked at how inexpensive this cat converter kit happened to be! It strikes me as pretty decent quality and all of the details in the listing, and videos and photos were absolutely helpful and should definitely be reviewed when you make this investment! Obviously make sure it's an appropriate fit not only for your vehicle but also for your state and local laws!

These are awesome because they are relatively easy to put in, cats are basically universal, and they have an O2 port. What else do you want or would you want? The price of these is outstanding frankly all I really think I should spend on a catalytic converter. For me this is going into my car and I expect it will last much longer then the OEM one which only lasted me 2 years. But even if it doesn't I can then just swap it back out with the second one since I got the 2 pack. So the size is perfect and its a very solid construction. Does not have a heat shield which is fine because I can just use my old one, make one, or leave it off for speed.

When I am buying something important I read a lot of reviews and pay attention to to details . I didn’t want to spend a fortune buying Oem so aftermarket was my only other option. This PHILTOP CC is unbelievable in quality and an exact replica of the one I removed. It feels and looks like original quality and matches up perfectly . It came with all hardware and even a how to guide. For the price I am very pleased!
