It took a little work to get this installed. The size was a bit off, had to bend things slightly to make it fit right. Shipping was pretty fast though, got here sooner than I thought it would.

It got here pretty fast, but the box was a bit beat up. The converter itself seems okay, not amazing build quality, but it does the job. Customer service was decent when I called about the packaging.
