This did get my rig through emissions testing. I need to point out that the mounting holes were not 100% accurate. I had to slot them to get it to bolt on. Other than that I had no issues installing this item.

Functionally the catalytic converter fit and fixed the P0420 code. The flanges on the exhaust were good and lined up perfectly. The only problem here is the heat shield brackets. I was unable to get them all to line up, but was able to use 1 in front and 1 on back and the other tabs now just function as anti rotation tabs. Is it perfect? No, but it works to fix the problem on my car for an affordable price.Had everything been lined up this probably this would have taken under an hour but ended up taking an extra 30-40 min to try to get the heat shield to fit. Had I not had a lift it would have been really frustrating.The quality of the converter is good. Not OEM, but the welds are good and the exhaust flanges are thick and quality to allow for good sealing. The provided seal had to be pressed into the machined ring.Even with the issues, I would purchase this and use over paying significantly more for an OEM one that has zero issue.

First of all, be prepared to spend all day cursing and trying to get old bolts off. Lubricants, penetrates, breaker bars and torches were all used in my case. I guess after 230k miles it is to be expected but it is always unwelcome.This was exact fit replacement and while taking the old one off took many hours the installation of new one was just few minutes.I did get the p0420 code thrown in twice since the replacement but it went away on its own both times

Well built steel catalytic converter, it has a cheaper ceramic element with anti vibration packing around it. It seems like it will do the job for emissions compliance. We will have to put miles on to see how long it lasts.
