If you just need a couple more years use out of your car go with a cheap cat to get you through your emission test, plan on keeping it for a long time, I would suggest going with o.e. or a premium replacement part.

Perfect fit on the engine side, on the muffler side you may need an adapter if your's is like mine where both pieces are flared out. Other than that it was and is a perfect fit. I fully stand behind this company and recommend purchasing from them.
