1997-2005 Buick Century 3.1L | Rear Catalytic Converter | OE#25325228/54626 - PHILTOPMy 91 Cherokee is HARD to find parts for - if you have one, you know. And, then, when you do, they don't fit nearly as well as they like to pretend they will. This one does. No complaints. Easy in (difficult out - loads of rust on the old one). But, worked without issue and not too tough to install on a 91 Cherokee. Seems to be well made, certainly spec'ed to fit, and zero issue so far.

2007-2017 Jeep Patriot/Compass 2.4L | Rear Catalytic Converter | OE#68066677AD/53968 - PHILTOPthis kit is a solid option if you’re working on a Chevy or Buick with the 1.4T engine because it comes with the gasket included and the fitment lines up cleanly with the Encore Trax and similar models from the 2013 to 2018 range, and the welds and overall build feel sturdy right out of the box which is important when you’re replacing a factory converter on these small turbo engines. The installation is pretty straightforward if you’ve done exhaust work before since the bolt holes match up well and the kit seals tightly once everything is torqued down, and being EPA compliant makes it a reliable replacement for states that don’t require CARB parts. Once installed it helps clear up exhaust restriction issues and gets rid of the rattling or sulfur smell that shows up when the old converter starts failing, making it a dependable choice for restoring performance without paying dealership prices.

1999-2004 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L/2.7L | Rear Catalytic Converter | OE#174030C011/53574 - PHILTOPThis catalytic converter is a budget-friendly replacement option for older Honda CR-V models with the 2.4L engine (2002–2006). It’s designed as a direct-fit unit, and it includes gaskets and hardware, which helps simplify the installation process without needing extra parts or modifications. The construction is pretty standard for this price range. It uses a stainless steel and aluminized pipe setup, which helps resist rust and handle heat over time. Inside, the ceramic core is built to support proper exhaust flow and emissions control. The “high-flow” design aims to reduce backpressure, which can help the engine run smoother if your old converter was clogged or failing.Installation is straightforward if you’re comfortable working on exhaust systems, though like most catalytic converters, professional installation is still the safer route if you want to avoid leaks or fitment issues. One important thing to keep in mind is emissions compliance. This is EPA-compliant, not CARB-compliant, so it’s not legal for use in stricter states like California and Colorado, and there are also limitations in places like New York and Maine depending on the vehicle.Overall, this is a practical replacement if you’re looking for a cost-effective fix and your vehicle qualifies under federal emissions standards. It covers the basics well without getting overly expensive.
