The installation wasn’t very hard and I had it done in just over an hour or so. it came with the new gaskets as well. My truck now has its full power restored and runs much better. This Fit right in place. The only thing I had to modify was the frame area to fit the o2 sensor but that wasn't difficult. Besides that this y catalytic converter fit well and is made of good quality material. I highly recommend.
