The only downside is that they are universal fit, so you will either need to weld them in or buy the various fittings needed to bolt them into your application. If you're looking for something quick and inexpensive to get you through emissions testing, I would recommend going after the bolt-on parts. You'll need a fitting on each end of the cat and a clamp to secure them.
