Even title says "Toyota Highlander 2.4L 2006", it does not fit in my 2006 Highlander 2.4L. From 4 hole to 1 single outgoing pipe, 1 single outgoing pipe is too short, almost 3/4 inch, to connect to exhaust long pipe line.As you can see at the picture, upper is original and bottom is PHILTOP. Curve neck is bit short to compare with original.Don't buy this for your 2006 Highlander 2.4L

Didn’t seem to work on my 2001 H.A.Ex. I4. Price is great it just didn’t fit. Not a plug and play item. Might have to do some cutting and soldering, returned the item, may attempt it in the future.My Honda A.Ex had different fittings.
