The filter came in a manufacturer's box inside of a bubble-wrap envelope. It arrived undamaged and looked fine upon first inspection. I compared it with the Honda-marked part that I removed (the photos that show me holding the filter in my hand) and it looked essentially the same. The plastic frame, rubber seal and fabric media looked identical as I compared them. Even the texture of the media appeared the same, as it was different on the intake and engine side on both the Honda and the Philtop filters (the intake side on both filters is more "flocked" and the engine side is smother). The engine felt and sounded great when I test drove my 2011 Ridgeline. I wouldn't hesitate to use Philtop air filters on any of my vehicles. They appear to be of high quality at a very reasonable price.

This seems to be a good fit for my truck. It's pretty easy to replace an air filter so this makes it an easy DIY for most people. The quality looked good upon inspection, only time will tell. I have the same brand on our other car and it's holding up so far. This is a much better value and seems better quality than what they put in at the dealer on my car last time. Very happy with it.
