Short version, I had issues discovered after the return time due to weather, I could no longer contact the seller. I wrote one review saying I would follow up. The seller got the info and has been very helpful in trying to resolve my situation and I am changing my review to reflect not only a solution to this problem but to say if I ever need another product I will look for this seller first. Finding the problem may have been a separate issue in my system, they are aware and still want to help me out in correcting everything. I can honestly say I highly recommend this seller
