There is a great importance with this converter being EPA compliant and its build quality. It does fit as described and is not hard to install when the old parts are removed. The hardest part is dealing with rusted bolts during removal. This is a budget value part and seems to have a decent ceramic catalyst. The heat shields had to be reshaped a little to get them on. Catalytic converter light has remained off of 700 miles.

The heat shields were a little hard to make fit. Had to reshape them a little to get them on. Once on, the muffler worked. I'm 2 1/2 month in with the muffler and engine light has stayed off. I would recommend it.
