Worked just fine for my 96 jeep grand cherokee. Had to do a little welding for it to fit better then put clamps on. Cleared my P0420 code.

Everything fit perfectly and is working just fine, the check engine light and codes were cleared and haven't come back. I only gave it 4 stars since at this point I don't know how long it will last. I bought one for another car a few years ago (different brand) and it only lasted a year so I replaced it again in order to pass inspection, not sure if I will have the same problem with this one but so far so good.

Functionally the catalytic converter fit and fixed the P0420 code. The flanges on the exhaust were good and lined up perfectly. The only problem here is the heat shield brackets. I was unable to get them all to line up, but was able to use 1 in front and 1 on back and the other tabs now just function as anti rotation tabs. Is it perfect? No, but it works to fix the problem on my car for an affordable price.Had everything been lined up this probably this would have taken under an hour but ended up taking an extra 30-40 min to try to get the heat shield to fit. Had I not had a lift it would have been really frustrating.The quality of the converter is good. Not OEM, but the welds are good and the exhaust flanges are thick and quality to allow for good sealing. The provided seal had to be pressed into the machined ring.Even with the issues, I would purchase this and use over paying significantly more for an OEM one that has zero issue.
