fits 2007 jeep jku with the 3.8v6, little difficult to fit even with two pieces. The factory cat does not need to be cut even if it looks like it does it just slides out. A Jack is absolutely needed as it has trouble getting clearance without. As far as lifetime? I cannot say much at this time but it did go on.
