Product was packed well and came with new gaskets. Fitment can be tricky as the underside of the car can be very dirty and grimy. Cleaning the underside of the car will make fitment and installation of the converter much easier. FOES NOT come with tools to install it.

I'm not using the flange, I'm cutting the ends off for a custom application. It's a well made converter for a very good price though.
