Well, it's installed and the light is off. But man, putting this thing on was a real pain. Took way longer than I thought it would, and getting the bolts loose was a nightmare. Shipping was fine, but the install was rough.

Came with everything except for one small clamp.  Had to call customer service to get it, but they sent it out pretty fast.  Otherwise, it's a good part.
