The converter looks fine, but it didn't come with any of the hardware to install it. Had to make a trip to the auto parts store to get bolts and gaskets. Annoying.

This replacement worked well, but be warned that you might need some extra tools for the installation. I had to dig around in my toolbox to find what I needed. It's performing great now though.
